Our company, Tone of Voice Communications(TOVO) is a Jamaican based agency. However, the nature of our business allows us to reach clients within and beyond Jamaica with just a few clicks of a mouse. Our services include Advertising and other Digital Marketing Services, Voice Over services, Social Media Management, Public Speaking and other Professional Services training.
Our Founder, Karlene Thomas, being the visionary she is, started TOVO Communications to fill a need she observed, particularly within the Small Business arena. If you know Karlene you know that she has undertaken several entrepreneurial projects, one of such being SMYC TV (2014), a media production that focused on Small Businesses and giving them a marketing outlet via its Facebook and YouTube pages.
As a result of family obligations, that show had to be suspended; but has remained very near and dear to Karlene's heart as one of her most promising and popular endeavors.
Finally seeing the opportunity to resurrect SMYC, Karlene foresaw in her visionary treasure troves, a similar need still existing in Small Businesses, in corporations and in individuals. That is the issue of effective marketing. Hence, the birth of TOVO in 2018 - offering affordable Advertising and Marketing solutions to Small Businesses, Customer Care solutions to corporations, Personal Brand Marketing to individuals; while borrowing from SMYC's signature element by including a video segment which features one Small Business per month on our Facebook page as well as on the site.
We have no doubt that Karlene and her team will keep improving and expanding the services of TOVO to meet our clients' needs.
